My massage yesterday sure helped: I'm not as miserable as I was. Thanks for all the kind words.
It's driving me crazy that I haven't been able to workout since Tuesday due to back issues. BUT it amazes me that I'm so upset about it. I mean, really?? Two years ago I wouldn't have believed that I would be upset about NOT exercising.
Since I can't exercise, I'm focusing on eating right to try and maintain my weight loss momentum: lots of fruits, veggies, and protein and easy on the carbs; keeping them whole grain when possible.
So tell me, who's working out today and what are you doing? Let me live vicariously through you!
