So I had a great week am doing well overall but am so glad I also joined SparkCoach because after three days only I am sensing the benefits!
I am going to make my goals SMARTer. Today I will be writing down my fitness, nutrition and weightloss goals in a way that is SMART:
- specific
- measurable
- achievable
- realistic
- timely.
And I will be back soon to post these more specific goals that I can update over time, I'm so excited!
It's more about what you can do and not what you shouldn't do!
