I am off to the store to do my weekly grocery shopping. Super excited that my husband is going to eat healthy with me. I am a huge carb junky so this is going to be tough. After the grocery store I am going to go get my mom's elliptical to pair with my home gym. She rocks for letting me store it at my house and use it. I'm going to post every Sunday, my weekly progress and picture so please be kind.

The before stats are always the embarrassing part, but here we go:

Thigh (4" below inseam)- 28 1/2 x2
Calf- 16 1/2 x2
Bicep- 14 1/4 x2
Total- 306

You are off to a great start! Not everyone is brave enough to post before stats and photos, but they are very motivating when you can look back and see how far you've come. Great blog!
