Ways I waste time? On the internet, watching tv, thinking about getting organized, thinking about working out, thinking about whatever it is I need to do instead of just DOING it.
I start back to work tomorrow- and this wasting of time is an issue I am worried about the most.
Being off- I could waste time and still find time for my family and for fitness. Now- 8-12 hours of my day during the week will be consumed by WORK. So how do I make sure I don't sacrifice my family and my health/fitness.
I'm making a commitment NOT to skip any of it. To utilize my time better. To not procrastinate.
