*Lose at least 20 pounds in the next 8 weeks (2 months).
*Drink 8 glasses/bottles of water a day
*continue to shape my diet and eat healthy
*Lose some inches!!!! (these genetics in the hip and butt area are really killing me)
*workout and stick to a regimen
...if i think of anymore I will add them to the list.
