Starting off well with my exercise plan! 12 days into the year and 9 days of works outs complete...
Will endeavor to continue with my exercise and will now try to step up my eating and meal plan... Have not really lost any weight yet, but know if I stay with the workouts and now add a better diet that the weight will melt off.
So I Endeavor to continue.... Will keep you updated...
