Having trouble with standing and walking too long due to getting pain in back and numbness in my legs. I have decided to go back to the treadmill was able to do 5 minutes this morning, I know that isnt a big deal but for me it is. And did the 11 minute seated cardio workout.

    Congrats on making it thru the 5 mins on the treadmill. there are several good chair workouts on good Luck!
