As much as I hate getting back on track and avoiding all the foods that make me gain.....I really love the results you get on the scale at the end of week 1. So week 1 is done and I lost 10 pounds. I have 36 more pounds to reach my 1st set of goals. I got exercise in 5 of the 7 days and was on task 6 of the 7 day food-wise.
