It has been 7 days of reporting daily how I'm doing and what I'm doing to get back to my healthy life style......definitely it has helped me to get back on track because I didn't want to say in public how bad I had done the day before as the week went by I felt more comfortable following my nutrition path to good health and limits.
I'm happy to report that I lost one pound of the five I had gained and today I'm starting to follow the recommended nutrition menu provided by SP, I haven't done this in ages and I really never followed for a whole week at the time. Also pulled my food scale, measuring cups and spoons.
I'm committed to follow it through the whole week and I went shopping yesterday with my list and made my meal plans for the week.
Family watch out....you are in a life style change and don't even know about it....LOL!!!!!
I have made two small goals for this week:
1. Stick to my SP meal plan
2. Go back to walking at least 5,000 steps per day
I will report next Sunday how I did this week and Thank you all for your help...every time I received a comment I had something new to think about and how to fix it.
This is a great group to get motivation from. We are all on this journey hard to go through but not impossible if others have done it we CAN too.
