One step at a time

I am a 42 year old mom who also works outside of the home. I have set diet and fitness goals in the past but I have never considered them lifestyle goals. Today is the first day that I commit to changing my lifestyle. I have to get fit and stay healthy so I can be active with my 10 year old son. I want to have more energy and be a good example to my kid about having healthy habits as a way of life. So instead of keeping a laser focus on my long-term goals, I am going to take it one step at a time on my way to getting fit and staying healthy. Wish me luck!
