- cardio + strength training+core work
- 8 glasses water +
- log food on tracker
Yesterday I met my goal as far as water intake and logging food. I also had a great workout In the morning, plus additional core work. I fully intended to work out my arms, but we had company at our house all day and night so I didn't get to do that. I also did not stay in my calorie range, but did the best I could with what I had to work with. This includes having (1) serving of the appetizer at the restaurant everyone wanted to go to and keeping it at that. It was hard not to order food because everyone else was, but I drank water.... Yah, and vodka, and ate something before I went. Didn't care for the restaurant much anyway. Again, today is a new day, new opportunity and new challenge. I'm going to work hard. When I weigh in tomorrow, there won't be any whining. I've been aware of what I've been eating this week, and whatever the outcome of the wegh in, that's what I earned. Have a great day Friends!!!!
