Last week I had a 1.7 pound gain and was feeling a little frustrated. Well thanks to all my Spark friends who gave me support & got me to think of other things to focus on than the scale. I kept doing my fitness plan, I added sodium to my nutrition tracker and kept focused on my goals. So today I lost 3.7 pounds first time below 163lbs in years. Since I stared Spark People at the end of November. I have lost 5.2 pounds. I have lost 3.75 inches in my waist my waist/hip ratio went from 0.82 to 0.76. I have lost 1.25 inches in my hips and .25 inches in each thigh.I have lost 0.8 %body fat and my BMI has went from 26.1 to 25.3 . I am only 2.2 pounds away from a normal BMI. I am 6.8 pounds from goal weight. I have been adding fitness daily and trying healthy recipes. I have also been working on decreasing my stress and improving my sleep. I am changing my life for the better it just isn't about a number.
