The hardest part of this workng out every day thing is getting motivated,,i guess i have grown acustome to my house! BUT,,i am maping out a daily shcedual and i intend on sticking to it!
Can i get some ideas on something great to eat in the morning before a 1.5 hr wook out?
any help would be appreciated.

    I don't eat before a workout because I think I would throw up. What i have heard though is simple carbs, which are easy to digest and get to fuel faster.
