Hello all my sparkfriends!!

Sunday, January 13, 2013

I hope everyone is doing well! Its been a nice weekend around here. Reached the 60's yesterday so we got all the Christmas stuff brought in. Too bad we are dropping back to the 30's today :( Only in Michigan lol

Friday I started Curves workout. Pretty much was just trained on the machines so I didn't get the full circuit done since I had class. But Monday I get to do the full circuit. I really liked it though and the ladies were extremely friendly!

Haven't had ay homework yet. In Span we just reviewed last semester topics and in MGMT we just had to familarize oursleves with the course. This week we actually jump in the books and the work begins. I will be busy again but I don't think I will have the problems I did last semester.

Most of you know that over the past few months I have had issues with my stomach. The ultrasound came back normal and so did that H Pylori test. My doc said I can see the gastronologist but I have to wait until the semester is over at this point. However I have noticed since the semester has ended I haven't had any issues (except heart burn but I can handle that). I am just going to continue taking the Prilosec and see how it goes. I am also not going to take the Ibuprofen either since that made me so sick. But Tylenol works. Not sure if I have an ulcer or what but all I know is that stress and ibuprofen make it 100 times worse!

Hoping that starting this new ST circuit at curves it helps build up my muscle in my quads and I can get rid of this knee pain!

Today I am engulfed in laundry! I swear its breeds when we are sleeping lol!

Well...

Have a terrific Sunday!!!

You will love Curves. I did when they was near me. I would go after work and it was the best work out. But then they closed. I really miss the feeling the work out gave me. And wish I could get motivated to do some kind of work out at home that gave me the same satisfying feeling Curves gave me...but haven't found one yet...LOL.
Enjoy!

My laundry breeds too. I swear - you leave two sock lying around and you wake up to a basketful.

I'm glad you liked Curves.

Maybe since you can't seen a specialist until the end of the semester now, you could keep a journal of stomach issues - keep track of your pain each day, but also keep track of your stress level and what foods you eat. You may be able to figure it out on your own, and if not I be the specialist would be glad to have it.
