You make plans. You are organized and committed!

Life comes along and says wait a minute!

You stress and EAT!

That is how my life keeps playing out and I am going to break this cycle. I realize that this is how it works on me and "I" let it.

I can change this and I need to. I am going to be 50 - yes 50 this year and I would think at this point I can still learn something!

This year is it and the next 50 should be a little easier!

    I understand...what you need to do is find an alternative to eating when the stress hits!! So think about it.... run? walk? shop? swim? I don't know...but I believe that everyone has a favorite thing to do at times of crisis!!
