2012 Yearly Review - Accomplishments

Increased my workout minutes from 60 minutes, 5 days a week to 180 minutes 6 days a week

Tracked my food and water intake daily on the Spark People web site

Read spiritual writings and meditated at least 10 minutes daily

Gave financial, food and clothing donations to several charitable organizations

Recited my Affirmations and my Gratitudes daily

Played Spark People Trivia and Huddled with all my Spark People Teams daily

Attended Occupational and Physical Therapy for 12weeks where I learned to walk and use my limbs better

Ate 3 healthy moderate meals and 2 small healthy snacks daily, even during holidays and celebrations

Prayed and thanked my higher power, who I choose to call God through reciting the Lord's Prayer, the 23rd Psalm - The Lord is my Shepherd, the Serenity Prayer, and various other prayers, daily.
