Ultimate Reset Days 10-12

Today is day 12 I am so happy that I am almost done with the detox phase cause the detox formula is not so tasty. Went to a hockey game last night I had already paid for these tickets which included all you can eat and drink. I was worried that would be hard. But I find that it is not because I don't want to lose all of the progress I have made so the choice is really simple. I won't eat junk and won't drink the beer. Been eating fruit for breakfast each day this phase and I am enjoying that quite a bit and salads for lunch are great. It is nice finding that my body can eat healthy food in "normal" people portions and not feel deprived and in fact I feel energetic and like I really am getting a reset. I finish this current phase on Tuesday and then it is on to the 3rd phase of revitalizing my body in that phase the supplement is a pre/probiotic which helps reestablish the good flora in the intestines. Once that week is finished up I am going to continue with a healthy diet and get back to my normal exercise routine.

    Well done but you don't have to go without all the time. I really cut out beer when I started but I still have one from time to time. The same with junk food, I still have some. It is knowing when to stop rather than going without.
