Since the fall, after a heart procedure and some traveling and family visits during the holidays, I have had a hard time Sparking with consistency. My new goal is to Spark for a few weeks with strict calorie counting and strict fitness routines of visiting the fitness center at least three times per week, plus my at home daily fitness routine of 10 minutes of cardio work out. I hope this gets me back into my Spark routine, as I have added a couple of unwanted pounds that seem to go and come. I can't seem to get back where I was early last fall. I will do this!
