I need to get everything coordinated HELP WANTED

I am not a dumb person but I am having a hard time getting everything coordinated. If I exercise I forget to track. If I track my exercise can suffer.

This week my exercise was way off. I think I overdid it last week and then this week I was worried about getting the flu. I was sore and I was not sure that it was related to exercise and lack of rest or coming down with the flu. I CAN'T get the flu.

I need help coordinating.

    I am generally not a planner, but I know my basic exercise is Walk it Out. Then, I just decide what will go with it...the treadmill or a Leslie Sansone dvd. Doing those together gives me a lot of points to build my Island and helps me get my circuit training done when I do Leslie. I wear a heart monitor and write it all in a little notebook as soon as I'm done.

I have a much harder time tracking my food especially when I eat out, but a lightbulb just went off in my head. I think I will get another little notebook and write down everything I eat as well as soon as I am done.

You need to do what works for you. emoticon

    I understand completely! I finally just decided to get one skill down first then add another. I've got tracking down and do it regularly. This week, I'm going to work on adding the habit of taking a daily walk. I've set a time and have already planned my walk. Just remember, baby steps! It will all come in time.

    Well you have been told small steps and that is what you need. It is hard until you work it out and fit it in with life.

Remember life doesn't stop but just keeps going. Stick with it and you will sort it out.

    emoticon emoticon emoticon YOU HAVE TO GET A PLAN AND STICK TO IT. I TOOK THE TIME WITH FITNESS AND YOU CAN TRACK AHEAD ONE WEEK. LIKE MONDAY I DO LOWER BODY EXERCISE,TUESDAY I DO UPPER BODY EXERCISES,WEDNESDAY I DO CORE AND ROTATE AROUND WITH ALL THE REST OF THE WEEK TAKING SUNDAY AS MY DAY OFF.
IF YOU TAKE TIME TO PUT ALL THIS IN THE COMPUTER EACH DAY WHEN YOU LOG IN IT IS THERE FOR YOU. IF YOU DON'T DO ONE THE ONE DAY YOU CAN DELETE IT THAT DAY. THEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO EACH DAY IS CLICK ON ALL THE EXERCISES DOWN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AND SAVE IT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK A LOT EASIER THAN POSTING THEM ALL EACH DAY.WHAT EVER WORKS FOR YOU I DO MINE RIGHT AFTER BREAKFAST THAT WAY THEY ARE DONE NO EXCUSES COME UP DURING THE DAY. GOOD LUCK WE ARE ALL HERE FOR YOU IF YOU NEED ANYTHING AT ALL JUST ASK TAKE CARE.

    Baby steps! You can do it emoticon doing things in small steps and not putting pressure on yourself will help!
