Something is Better Than Nothing

Do you have 10 minutes to check your Facebook? 30 minutes to read on your Kindle? 1 hour+ to watch tv? Infinite amounts of time to surf the web? Then you have time to move. Do something. If you only have 10 minutes, take a walk for 10 minutes. If you have 30 minutes, read your Kindle while riding the stationary bike. An hour to watch tv? Well, its funny, they have tvs on the treadmills now and sometimes when I'm running I will watch the news or Law & Order. Get on the treadmill and watch tv! Infinite amounts of time to surf the web? Then you simply have time to move your body. There are no excuses....only the ones we create for ourselves. The key is to JUST MOVE. It doesn't really matter what you do, as long as you do it. And you will feel better when it is done!

    SO true! I agree... even 20 mins a day or 10 mins a day will make a difference in the long run!!!
