My reward for doing all the weekly activities will be..... (it is so hard to think of a non-food reward) - $10 towards something I want.
My reward for doing it all for 12 weeks - to the best of my ability, aka missed ones where I choose to miss as it doesn't meet my plan or goals (i.e. calorie tracking) - will be $100 towards something I really want.

So far, the other rewards will be at
77kg - Earrings
75kg - Full length mirror - and hubby will put it up!
73kg New hand bag
71kg - 3 pieces of really wanted makeup
69kg - Complete new outfit - except shoes!
68kg -
67kg -

I sound so so superficial! The reality is, I don't have many new clothes, I have 2 pieces of makeup at the moment and I don't have a mirror in our new house other than a tiny bathroom one. And I have earrings holes, with no earrings! At the moment, that is what the rewards are, with spaces for yet to be determined ones. They will likely change, and that's ok.

    You sound a lot like me! Your rewards are almost necessities as they are things you kind of need. I agree with BELINDADUVESSA in that you should add something like a mani/pedi or a massage. Both are extras but will really feel great!

    You might consider fitness related things as well, like a new pair of walking/running shoes or a new DVD. I saved the new clothes goal as my last goal since I shouldn't need to get clothes again after that. Another goal I have that I don't see on yours is a mani/pedi. I've never had one, and it's the goal right before my final goal, so I can all dolled out to go on a date with hubby. For me, those are rare as we have 4 kids and not alot of babysitters. Maybe a trip as your final goal? Just some ideas.

    And no, they don't sound sad or superficial. If you can't use food as a reward, of course it'll be something of materialistic value.
