Well, this week is going a little better. Friday, hubby took me out. Saturday, we went for a short walk, just 1 lap 1 mile on the boardwalk. I ate mostly healthy today. I had a couple no no food, small portions though...working on getting totally away from the no no food so I be 100 percent sugar free.
I had smoothie:
flax seed - ground
yogurt - plain - 1 tbsp
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup water
I had chai tea...no no but last one for long time
I cooked our dinner (usually do) but hubby has been wanting so I did it since it was just the two of us.
I made meatloaf (healthy 93%) mashed potatoes (no no) mushroom gravy (no no)
cauliflower lightly steamed with a little butter.
I had a snack (1/2 meatloaf sandwich) no no the bread
I have plenty of left over for hubby dinner tomorrow and step daughter. I will do something else healthy for me.
As hard as it may be, I need to get there and I am working on it. My sodium was low today but I am swollen today so tomorrow, if swollen, lasix it will be. It may be my meds too as well as not enough water.
