(25) F = going out dancing tonight

(25) R = 10 hours sleep last night

(25) D = Recumbent bike - did intervals that were more resistance (12 when my range is usually 8 to 10) and speed (110-120 rpm when normal is 85 and pushing to 100)
(25) U = My affirmation is "I deserve to reach the best weight and fitness condition for my body and will do it!"
(25) P = Last BLC, I kept roller-coastering when I would overdo things to max challenges, then spending the unchallenged days blowing off my healthier eating or going easy on workouts. My plan this time around is to push myself only within reason for a challenge, maintaining a balance so I'm not off-track the rest of the week.
