I was going to wait for the Shred book to come but it is taking too long! In the meantime, I will be doing cycle 1 of EFS, maybe cycle 2 if the snail mail continues to live up to its name.
Reading my old blogs and the results I got really gave me the last kick I needed to get going. My pants are tight, I hate having to waste a half hour every morning to try and find something that fits right. I refuse to buy bigger sizes so I better get moving in the right direction.
So, I am making a vegetarian pumpkin and black bean soup for this first week and I made lots of carrot and celery sticks for snacking. I am set!
Here's the plan for today:
B: yogurt and a piece of fruit and coffee
S: carrot sticks
L: veggie salad with light dressing
S: celery sticks and a piece of light cheese
D: pumpkin black bean soup
