Breakfast - Starbucks oatmeal, black coffee, smoothie drink (500)
Lunch - Subway sandwich, chips (800)
Snack - trail mix, hard boiled egg, crackers, cream cheese, pesto (?)
1 hr Crossfit class
I am proud of myself for going to a Crossfit class today. There is a local place that offers a free class every Saturday. I always get so nervous before because they can be super intense and I get self conscience with my belly flapping in front of people. But I went anyways.... so I can get rid of that belly. I look forward to seeing my progress tomorrow morning, almost 2 weeks down. My goal is to loose 40 lbs by May before a vacation to the Caribbean. That means 10 lbs a month. I think I am on my way and kicking some "arse".
