Today was the big day.
Today was when I weighed in and after a 5 days of watching what I eat, getting in my excessive and drinking me water. I lost.....
5.2lbs! Can you believe it!? Down to 206.6! Woot woot!
Now I am super motivated to keep going. I took today off from being strict and will be back at it again tomorrow!
Maybe...just maybe... I can reach my 10lb goal by February 8th and get myself into a size 14!
