Whenever I commit to eating well, exercising and living a healthier lifestyle, I always have one cheat day a week (which is always on Saturday after my weigh in).
When I don't eat well consistently, I am a bottomless pit, my stomach never gets upset by what or how much I put in my mouth. When I am eating well 6 days during the week and have my cheat day on Saturday....I just feel so sick! Today for my cheat day, I had pizza for lunch and pancakes for dinner. I felt fine after pizza....but tonight after pancakes.... OMG! My stomach has been upset for the last few hours! What happened to the bottomless pit? Is this showing progress? Should I not have cheat days? I think I should at least throw one in per week to avoid depriving myself. I haven't felt this gross in a long time. My stomach is upset, my back hurts after eating badly.... I had a cheat day last Saturday and this didn't happen at all, but maybe its my body telling me to keep with the healthy stuff/lifestyle?
I don't know. I haven't felt like this in a long time. Bleck! Feeling like this definitely isn't worth eating pancakes! :(
What does everyone else do for cheat days or to not deprive themselves?
