Best one was to take up the rugs before we go. Imagine getting home to lift rugs if he could not manage it. My head was not thinking that time THANKS.

I have moved bedroom furniture so that DH walks through the door directly to the side of his bed. Straight line from kitchen or living room 180 degrees straight.

Otherwise he would have needed to navigation round his dresser. He has the wall where the dresser was situated to lean against if he needs to maintain his balance.

The bedroom looks weird but who cares not DH or I.

I thought I was covered with my hand sanitizer but did not think about the cloths, yet another great call from my friends.

I broke down and Bought Ginger Ale, I have a back pack so I will be able to drink my warm soda. I know, I know we drink warm beer in England still n many places and ice is never nice in my English Belly.
Can you imagine Winnie the Pooh eating cold honey Oh No, Not Christopher Robin either.

DH has been very impressed by my making all of these changes. He keeps telling me that sounds like a great idea.

I spend way too much time on Spark and I tell him how my friends help me out so needless to say I told him when my Friends gave me great feed back he is going to benefit from.

He appreciates you all and so do I. emoticon emoticon emoticon from DH and Pat

We are having an early night still some other things to get done tomorrow. HUGS Pat in Maine. emoticon

Walk around with the walker and check any hitches before you leave today. Then go off to your hotel, rest and pray. You've done your part now it's about time to let others do their bit. You can pick-up again after surgery.
Do you knit or read? You might want something to do while you wait, only because I don't twitter, FB, or Spark away from my PCU.

Praying for you and DH.

This place is such a wonderful blessing, isn't it?! Good luck with everything Pat!

We love you Pat and are here when you need us. I just wish I lived closer to help out physically rather than long distance. For you I would even drive in the snow and i hate that as much as ice!!

You and your DH will be in my thoughts and emoticon

    We love you too, Pat.

You are doing good. I would not have thought about the rugs. Great idea to get them up and out of the way before hand.

Do have a very blessed Sunday. I am off to the shower and headed into town early. We had snow here last night so want to leave early. I am teaching Sunday School this morning so don't want to be late.

Love you, girl! Sunny
