FEELING STRONGER

WELL I'VE BEEN GOING TO THE GYM 4X A WEEK. IVE BEEN DOING 30 MINUTES ON THE ELLIPTICAL AND THEN THE CIRCUIT 2X A WEEK. THE OTHER 2 DAYS I TAKE A ZUMBA CLASS AND A KICKBOXING CLASS emoticon . THE ZUMBA IS FUN. ITS LIKE DANCING BUT WITH MORE ENERGY BECAUSE EVERYONE IS PUMPED. THE KICKBOXING CLASS IS INTENSE. I SWEAT SO MUCH ITS LIKE I TOOK A SHOWER WITH MY CLOTHES ON. I FEEL ENERGIZED AND MOTIVATED TO CONTINUE. I HAVENT LOST ANY WEIGHT BUT FEEL BETTER. I BELIEVE I'VE GAINED SOME MUSCLE emoticon . I HOPE THE WEIGHT STARTS COMING OFF SO I CAN CONTINUE BEING MOTIVATED.

Measurement - chest waist hips legs and arms
Feeling better and more energy are others
You have them just use them for motivation.
You are doing so awesome, don't be discouraged
