So I had hoped to be good during the holidays but when I went home, there were no less the 4 different desserts: pineapple upside down cake, cookies, cupcakes, banana bread, etc.
Every day, I was asked if I wanted to drink and ate lots of food. Down side: I gained 4lbs, up to 176. I weighed myself last week and I was 175.6lbs. So I'm up for a bit. But I also didn't exercise when I was home unless shopping at the mall counts which it doesn't.
Now to re-commit myself. It means I won't make my goal but that's okay. The most important thing is that I keep working.
