So I did not make it through the holidays unscathed

So I had hoped to be good during the holidays but when I went home, there were no less the 4 different desserts: pineapple upside down cake, cookies, cupcakes, banana bread, etc.

Every day, I was asked if I wanted to drink and ate lots of food. Down side: I gained 4lbs, up to 176. I weighed myself last week and I was 175.6lbs. So I'm up for a bit. But I also didn't exercise when I was home unless shopping at the mall counts which it doesn't.

Now to re-commit myself. It means I won't make my goal but that's okay. The most important thing is that I keep working.

    Don't worry, you will be able to get it off and then go back to working out on the rest of your weight loss. Don't be so hard on yourself.
