Wonderful. I find it so much more pleasurable if I can do my exercise outside in nature.

I downloaded an app for my android phone called Nike+, as I do 4 days a week up one of two mountains, I track my distance, time and calories burned during the walk. My aim for this year is to walk 1000 km by year end. The mountain will never get easier, but you will get better at doing it. Keep it up. If things get to bad with your knees, purchase hiking poles (downhill is a killer on the knees) and buy yourself a camel pack which you can put ice into for those hot days you walk.
