Getting back on track

I keep saying I am getting back on track-to myself, my friends, my facebook, my kids. I get a good start for a few days then I see something and think 1 bite won't hurt.. wrong 1 leads to 2..to 3 etc. I decided I am not going to do this alone! I have been a TOPS member for several years , tried Visalus shakes, gave up carbs and more. Giving up carbs, eating off of kiddie plates and one1 free day a week seems to work best for me. So this time- the whole family is going to be a part of this. We are eating more protein and better carbs, stuff I cook from scratch- not frozen foods! More fruits and salads, less chips and french fries! Hopefully blogging will help me get my frustration with my weight out in the open and make me see what I am doing!
