This is just a quickie!
Today I realized I only had 2800 steps at 8:45 PM. So I decided I was going to do something about it. I went to On Demand and put on the latest episode of The Big Bang Theory and I told myself I was going to march in place or side step the whole time it was on, commercials and all. And I did it! And when it was over I had logged 2000 steps! I was at around 4800 and I said 'you know what? I want to get 5,000!' so I kept walking a few more minutes, just around the living room until I hit 5k.
