What a great last few weeks!!!!

This is my 3rd time really taking advantage of Sparkpeople, though out the year I come back a few times but never really stay with it. In the last 3 weeks I have tried to do this a different way this time. I think I read somewhere if you take part in the community you increase the amount of weight you lose. In the last 3 weeks I have added sparkfriends, increase the time I spend on the team pages and other message boards. I feel a little more contacted.
I have set personal goals each week. The first week I want to spend the week getting use to tracking my food again (and working with my husband to get on board with a change in our lifestyle). Week 2 I wanted to start using the pages more and adding more fruit and veggies to our diets. I had one night that I slipped and was able to turn to the message boards for support... and it was great!!!!! I have tried meetings before and it was just not for me, I enjoy the support here so much better.
This week I want to start to work out, just a little maybe some Wii Goldsgym dance (love it) and my hubby and I like to do Just dance too. Here is to a great week and more weight loss (3.5 pounds so far this month, just with diet changes)

    I made the same change on this second go-round on SparkPeople...adding friends and getting active on the boards...and it TRULY has made a difference in my motivation, attitude, and success. And small goals are GREAT and practical!
