Hi Sparkpeople!

Today is day one for me. I stared my diet today and was talking to my sister and she told me about this site so I thought I would give it a try.
I thought I would say Hi and give a bit of information about my self. My name is Elizabeth
I have 3 teen and preteen kids that are my world, and have a wonderful husband how dose not gain weight ever lol.
I have realy bad sleeping habits, and I drink soda instead of eating with out even thinking about it. A habit I'm working on changing by setting a alarm to tell me to eat so I don't just go grab a soda.
Ever since I was 20 and i saw my first ms fitness contest I have always wanted to be like those woman and maybe get in shape to where i might be able to compete in one myself one day.

I'm also in love with the idea of running the run for your life 5k. My friend did it last year and it looked like so much fun. They are holding it again this April and I hope to be in shape where I might be able to do it with out killing over.

I guess that's all from me for now. I look forward to getting to know y'all and making some friends.

    Good idea about the alarm - in fact, these days, I use my phone more as a reminder system than as a telephone, lol...
