This week has been a big one for me. Here's why:
-92,470 steps taken during the week
-A total of 46.78 miles walked this week
-10 glasses of water a day on average
I also reset my goals for the year. Since starting to read the Spark I realized though I've been a member for a couple of years now, I still have much to learn. The Spark has opened my eyes and mind to even more ways to build and incorporate a healthy lifestyle into my every day life.
I hope to do myself justice this year.
