Anyone who reads my blogs know I have intestinal cancer recently I found out I have celiac disease so I must say good bye to gluten food. I have decided to become vegetarian for the purpose of getting the most benefits out of plant based foods but I really need help.
I have been trying to use the nutritional tracker and put together meals that fit each category calorie, carbohydrate, protein, and fat plus I need the high fiber for the cancer. If this was a check book I would be rubber and all over the place. One question I have if I can get my allowance of calories in the range I need them but I go over on complex carbohydrates is that really bad seeing how it is plant based and not processed? Anybody know? I guess that is my major question.
