Okay I'm not where I want to be, but I have to accept that every time I make a small change I am overcoming where I am. Eating the apple instead of the cookie, etc. I was able to give up Coffee and Soda, now I just need to consistently work out and eat right. I can do this. 20 lbs to where I want to be at. I can do this!
