I will start the Couch to 5K program on Monday. I have downloaded the app to my phone. I plan to run on Mondays, Wednesdays and either Fridays or Saturdays. Also, I will be doing strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will check in weekly with my progress.

    Yay for you! I'm currently working through the Sparkpeople 28 day bootcamp dvd.

My daughter just completed the Goofy challenge this past weekend at Disney World. She ran a half marathon on Saturday and full Marathon on Sunday. I don't know where she gets her drive to run from!!
