Walk Away The Pounds DVD walking day 173/01

I made it 17 minutes today. I did it just 2-3 minutes at a time because I have a bad sinus headache & my head is stuffed & that makes it harder for me to breathe.

Today my weight is up almost 4 lbs. to 276.0 lbs. I am starting over by watching my portion size adding more fruits & veggies. I am going to add S T again & using my 2 lb weight belt that came with my new Walk Away The Pounds DVD.

I started the pinks & blues feather & fan panel afghan this will help me keep my hands busy & burn calories. I am rereading my book The Spark & setting new goals. This is a LIFE STYLE change for me not a DIET. I am still working on my other craft projects too & reading my other books. emoticon emoticon

    I am so proud of you!!! You will get the pounds off, I'm sure. Walking a few minutes at a time is fine. It's better than sitting still!

    I love Leslie. Yesterday I did her 4 mile Punch up Your Walk. I started with WATPs? Remember, one day at a time.

    I just bought leslie sansone's 4 fast miles walk slim and tried it today for the first time I did 2 miles and had to quit - she really works you. I too believe it is a life sytle change and not a diet this is the first time I really get it. One day at a time - baby steps we can do it! Keep up the great work.

it looks so easy but they're really hard workouts.
