I made it 17 minutes today. I did it just 2-3 minutes at a time because I have a bad sinus headache & my head is stuffed & that makes it harder for me to breathe.
Today my weight is up almost 4 lbs. to 276.0 lbs. I am starting over by watching my portion size adding more fruits & veggies. I am going to add S T again & using my 2 lb weight belt that came with my new Walk Away The Pounds DVD.
I started the pinks & blues feather & fan panel afghan this will help me keep my hands busy & burn calories. I am rereading my book The Spark & setting new goals. This is a LIFE STYLE change for me not a DIET. I am still working on my other craft projects too & reading my other books.
