So proud of myself. We walked 2.5 miles with the kids today (the younger 2, who loved the adventure last time, were both whining the whole time. The youngest even complained he wanted his nap! haha) After walking past the house so they could all find a couch to sit on, hubby and I continued walking another 2.5 miles. Half of it was straight up a steep hill. KILLED my thighs and we had to stop several times to catch our breath but the views were nice and we were able to walk downhill all the way home. Burned at least 500 calories today and I feel like I accomplished quite a feat!!
