Yep...that is me. AGAIN. I have a hard time staying on track. I make excuses like, it is just too much to go online to track what I have done, I am too tired to exercise, or to cook a healthy meal. I don't have the time to pack a good lunch...I'll start tomorrow.
I talked to my doctor the other day, and she is standing behind me 100% with no restrictions. I was sick to my stomach when I stood on her scale and it said 226 lbs. NOOOOOOOOO....I think I'm at my highest weight. I can't do this anymore...for myself, and for my daughter.
So if you ever feel inclined, I would appreciate encouragement and to make new friends.
