Still tough but I got through it, even though I needed to take a break in between circuits. But a break is better than turning the whole thing off, which I was tempted to do but just when I was about to quit, Jillian Michaels snapped at me, "don't you dare!". Snort. It was perfect timing. I can't wait till I can complete the whole thing without stopping. It's sad how out of shape I am. I can walk for hours but high intensity stuff...I'm dead in a matter of minutes.

I slept A LOT today. I must still be pms'ing. I just kept taking naps. Which means I'm once again going to be up during the wee hours of the morning. Got some dvds in the mail today, yoga meltdown and 6 week 6 pack. I'm not sure how to incorporate them into my workout. Maybe after I finish the 30 days ,I might try 30 day shred in the morning and yoga meltdown in the evening if I ever develop some stamina.

In calorie range so far today and feel full. I've been adding beans to my diet to get extra fiber ad it's helping me feel more full than trying to add lots of protein. Still figuring out what works for me. Yawn. Sleepy again. At least the cravings part of my pms is over.

    i can walk or do other low impact stuff for an hour or more without problems but i struggle with higher intensity moves.
I have done 30 day shred in the past and i have to follow Anita a lot. i am not bad ass enough to follow natalie all the time.
