Just now, I did some tracking of some things that were very embarassing. 5 pieces of pizza for lunch. Ouch. That was a serious overdo. It was so good though!
However, after tracking it all, I was stricken by something.
What I consider "overeating" now is actually maintenance!
2196 calories for the day. That's far from the 3-4,000 I was eating before, when I hit 211 pounds.
My lifestyle has indeed changed. I have the odd binge, the round of too much pizza or too many snacks, but I'm not hurting myself anymore. It's okay, to have bad days. I'm going to do better tomorrow, and not make those same poor decisions. I'm not going to flagellate myself for making a mistake. It was a very tasty mistake, that I don't regret at all. ;)
And while it was a pretty hefty sodium overdose, so I'll likely be bloaty for a few days, I'm not going to pack on the pounds over 2196 calories.
