I had a great time on Spark People this week. Met some nice people--even one that lives about 3 hours from me! I did my workouts as planned. I ate really well (except for the pizza I had yesterday! LOL) But even that I kept to veggies on a thin crust. Small changes make a huge diff in the long run. Looking forward to an even better week next week. Tomorow is take it easy day. I'm cooking tomorrow. Making some turkey sausage meatballs and Salsa chicken for the week. What are you doing this week?
