I have been following a mostly vegan diet now for the last 6 months and it has really helped in all areas. I on occasion have to have vegetarian food but I have given up all meat and fish. I no longer have digestion issues, sluggish feeling from big meat filled meals and my skin and hair hardly ever get oily.
I did not lose over the holidays but I did maintain, so now is the time to get back into gear and continue on my weight loss journey.
