The journey keeps alive. Today a Church Brunch; I made the right choices with food selections and watched my caloric count. Took a long walk with the dog along the beach patch for almost 40 minutes. The weather today was 78% (unusually warm January weather) so I wanted to be outside and enjoy the gift from God. Moved furniture around in the house today and the rooms look great and both of us will enjoy the new recliners. Putting your feet up and the end of the day feels good for sure!
