Me in my new Biggest Loser t-shirt

So The Biggest Loser contest has officially begun. The group workout today was great. I sweat massive amounts and felt totally energized afterwards. We learned a little more about the "points" associated with the contest. We get points for weighing in, wearing our t-shirt to the group workouts, being one of the top 5 losers each week, and doing group and individual workouts.
Also, had a "DUH!" moment yesterday. The headaches that I'd gotten the last couple nights are probably from coming off the sugar of the days before. I'd forgotten about that and then it clicked. Of course my body is gonna react when I mistreat it with unhealthy foods and then switch back to healthy foods. Glad to be back on track.
Yesterday was day 2 TOP and with more exercise than the day before. Today has been really good, so let's keep this streak alive!
