Day 2 TOP - Headaches and More

Me in my new Biggest Loser t-shirt

The side view, so I can see my progress when my belly shrinks :)

So The Biggest Loser contest has officially begun. The group workout today was great. I sweat massive amounts and felt totally energized afterwards. We learned a little more about the "points" associated with the contest. We get points for weighing in, wearing our t-shirt to the group workouts, being one of the top 5 losers each week, and doing group and individual workouts.

Also, had a "DUH!" moment yesterday. The headaches that I'd gotten the last couple nights are probably from coming off the sugar of the days before. I'd forgotten about that and then it clicked. Of course my body is gonna react when I mistreat it with unhealthy foods and then switch back to healthy foods. Glad to be back on track.

Yesterday was day 2 TOP and with more exercise than the day before. Today has been really good, so let's keep this streak alive!

Yep, sugar can do that to you. You'll be better soon.

Good luck in your contest, but remember that you are doing this for you in the end and you'll end up a winner, no matter what!

Way to go! You're right about the headaches! They shouldn't last more than another day or two, and you can speed up their departure by drinking even MORE water than usual!
