Well this week hasn't been the easiest for me. I work in a child care center and this week we had 2 really good lunches that I like to eat. In my head I knew I should have stuck to my own food, but I caved... Having said that, I will praise myself for not going over board. I had great portion control and no seconds (which is rare). My water intake has been excellent this week. 64 oz a day... And that is a feat to celebrate because I have the hardest time drinking water. This week has brought me up to 4 lbs lost... And its still early, a official weigh in isn't until Monday... Next week my busy school schedule starts, and that is when the hard work will really begin. The temptation to eat fast food before class because its more convienent will be there... My plan is to pack salads and protein bars... We shall see how that works out! I will give it my best shot. Also my exercise will be harder to fit in... Hopefully I will be able to spare an hour a day at some point to get my walking done. That is one negative aspect of my week this week. I only walked twice. It should have been 5 times... Weather was the cause on 2 of the 3 missed days. The other because I just didn't feel like it. I hope to find the motivation this week to make the change to exercise more. I know that is what needs to happen so I can continue on the successful path I'm on... Until next time...
