I mentioned in my earlier blog, I tried a new exercise on Monday, January 7, 2013 known as Body Flow. It is a combination of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi. The class was from 10:15am - 11:15am and the instructor is Alisha.

Went for Body Flow again on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 from 10:15am -11:15am and the instructor is Teresa. Teresa told us that we burn 450 calories in this 60 minutes class. I think I know why I felt dizzy during the class. This is probably due to the fact that I only have light breakfast. I feel this class is too intense/aggressive for me.

I have decided to go for the 90 minutes Tai Chi class offered by our church which resumes this coming Wednesday, January 16, 2013. The church members who are in this Tai Chi class are senior citizens. Hence, I think I fit right in.

    Exercise like most everything else in life is NOT one size fits all. We are so very lucky that we have so very many choices/options to choose from.
I am proud of you... that you check out the new offerings.. very daring of you, very smart of you, & very lucky of you that you live where there are so many choices.
